About	We had a catered lunch at work yesterday, hot dogs and hamburgers. The hamburgers were a little warmer than room temperature, and all of them (for 350+ people) looked like this on the inside... I bet we don't use those caterers again.

Yeah, both burgers looked about like this when I was done, and the handful of bites I did take didn't seem to have any ill effects, thankfully. The burgers we grilled Monday made up for these.
