Yes the pixelation is from the compressing. As you can imagine it is a big size.....but I know it isn't on the original. The actual sky has not been enhanced in any way.
I only used curves and a small saturation increase on the foreground.

An excellent example of the wide open and empty spaces that make up so much of Australia. Those skies are excelent too - although there is a bit of pixellation of the sky at the top where it becomes darker blue.

This is a nice capture Judi, the fence in the foreground is a little bit distracting to me, here what you have to do, take Ricko with you :) get back to that location, remove the fence, take the picture, then you can return the fence back or forget about it .. lol
Just kidding :) couldn't help but teasing you hehehe ..
Actually I like it as it is, nice capture :)
