The sky looks like it might be threatening rain. I don't think there is any room for umbrellas in that crowd. This is a great overview of the setting. MAry

Thanks margaret , i would'nt like to count how many people visited the quayside all week , this was the first day and there were about 150,000 . it was great to be there as the atmosphere was great ( can you see my cousin keith at the top of the big wheel ) LOL !! .. mark .
