Wow, the color saturation is really great with the extremely rich hues. Maybe not having the main column in the center could improve the composition. Regardless the detail and color of this photo are well done,

Thanks, Magnus. My camera seems to be the one thing that gets me to church! ;-) I agree with your assessment, of course. I find the sheer scope and variety of the images in these buildings endlessly appealing. There will be more!

I'm surprised that the beautiful interior of churches, old as well as modern, is not depicted more often. This is a great example with the variety of colors....the steady center with almost anarchy on each side and the small part with beautiful stained glass window
