I think this is probably one of your best yet of this genre Judi. The wings have a lovely natural light to them that fits the image light well. The base image itself is excellent too. In particular the lighting is near perfect as is the DOF. Superb image Judi.

No No she draws them, what you might call multi-media, pencils and ink and markers all in the same picture. Just Google Amy Brown she's not hard to find. I know it's a different genre but I really think you will enjoy her work.

Hi Ellen. The wings are cicada wings scanned into the computer and then worked on and manipulated to suit the image.
I will have a look at Amys fairies...is she a UF member?
