i dont see anyone ever giving positive suggestions. its a nice start. Its rather flat lit which is boring. On a two dimensional plane you want to try to make it look as 3-d as you can for the situation. Use a main light and a fill light, turn her head a bit to give the shadow falling off the side of her face. Use a more pastel coloured background. Vinette. Maybe a little gaussian blur in Photoshop. Hands are always tricky photographing. Try thumbs in only, in the pockets its not appealing
