Clever crop for unique composition. I am really impressed by this. I think this works so well because of the softer contrast and sharpness which go together to enhance mood. Particularly strong points are those lashes lined up with horizon line. As is the case with so many exceptional images, small seemingly insignificent
details can make a big difference in overall impact. In this case I would make mention of the lone hair curling out into the open space. If it were not there, it is unlikely one would think 'perhaps this shot could be improved by a hair jutting out', but in my opinion this small detail significantly adds to appeal.
This perspective and close proximity gives me the feeling that this moment was captured just before leaning around for a kiss.
