Why not go very early? Or later in the evening. With some moon light the out-of-this-world atmosphere you are looking for might be there for free ;)

Have you ever been in London? Too people! It is imposible to shot without someone, believe me. That moment was the best during that day. The red sky is to give an alien impression. It's just my interpretation. Anyway, Thanks you for your comment. Marco

You ruined an uninteresting picture using Photoshop or somehting like it. Why the red sky? If you wanted to take advantage of the odd shape of the building, you might have considered waiting for all those people to leave. Take for instance the two people that almost look like they are posing. Those people don't support the threatening image you want to get across at all.
