This must be the white rose you were referring to in you post to me. I think it's lovely. I'd like to try to get a more translucent effect with some of my flowers, but I'm not there yet.

In any case, I think this is a lovely image.

Yeah your right but it was to dark not to flash and I think the lost details just make it look beter, if anything I schould have overexposed it a little to get and aura effect.

A pity you flashed while taking this photo, small details of the rose are lost now. I think you used flashlight to get a dark/black background. You can also get this background by editing the photo in PS or by using another source of light, like a pocketlight (while using a tripod).
