Thanks for your input Bruce. I did notice the color difference. At the time I fiddled around with it and couldn't get it the same. Since then I've downloaded a couple of extras to PS and think I could get it right. I appreciate your critique!

Hats work well to frame the face, so long as they don't give too much shade. You have enough light on each of these and the layout and framing are excellent. Very nicely done.
The only problem I see is the face colour in the centre one isn't the same as the two outside ones and her jumper is a slightly different colour. Some adjustments to the colour balance would be beneficial I think.

Thanks for the nice comment. Both Kathy and I use Photoshop Elements 3 and love it. I JUST figured out how to do collages. Still in the learning stage but I am having so much fun. Each time you learn a new technique it opens so many doors! If you try it and get stuck let me know. I could send you some info via your regular email if you would like.
