About	Hoover Dam. This curtain of concrete and stone of the 1930's expresses power and majestic beauty to my eyes. I'm also reminded of Hadrian's Wall in England, and the Great Wall of China, millennia ago. And yah I see the technical flaws in my first digital cam, but I still love the feel of this pic :) Oh BTW, the concrete still hasn't completely set in the centre of the dam wall - despite its having been completed in 1937!

BTW - the orange dappling on the dam curtain is a reflection of the Sun from the water in the mail slipway below.

Thanks Gregory. It's telling how much my new Nikon D70 bests my little 2.1Mp Epson technically. Equally, in terms of creativity, any cam will do!

Beautiful structure, and the powerlines with their towers in the background look almost transparent.
