About Fort James, Virginia, U S A. taken in 1979 with a Minolta x500 and copied with Fuji602z, An early British settlement. Note the stocks, though it looks as if your head would be in them and not your legs, The building behind the guards is if I remember right the black-smiths shop. Red Indians were the problem for the colonists.
