Szia!

:)
That would be a great investment (the D5 + L lens) WoW!

Either way, I believe we'll enjoy the great photos.

Best of luck Endre - your converstation was really informative to me.

Have a great day.

Yes, Green,
as I realised that I ended up with the 18-55 on the camera most of the times, and the 18 is still not enough. Simple logic, huh :-)
Now, as even the old USm is better than these new "lenses",(the way I was brought up does not allow the proper word here) just imagine the L. Cannot come around, sooner or later its going to be a wide Sigma, then the L canon. On the new d5, maybe...
Cheers my friend,
Endre

My pleasure Endre.
So you want an ultra wide angle?
There's a sigma 10-20mm
The other choice may be canon ef-s 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 usm

This issue is really confusing ;)

Thanks dear Green.
You made a better decision, I made a fast one. This shot was actually taken by an 35-135 USM Canon lens, which I bought used at a reasonable price. I just wanted to see shots made with at least a little better lens than these plastic toys of today. Well, like it for the time being, although its really not new. I think I will go for Sigma, need something under 20mm...
What do you think?
Cheers my friend,
Endre

Fantastic shadows Endre.
Well done.

PS. for some reason, I can't reply to your question about sigma lens. I found some reviews when I did a search. You probably did the same. Anyway, I ordered the canon 28-135mm is usm the other day as I think that sticking to the brand may help me in guarntee and service issues. Sorry for posting here but I couldn't post reply there.

Regards.

Beautiful pattern, I like the fact that you kept the color out, so it wouldn't distract from the black shadow. Good vanishing lines, almost like train tracks - it's a B&W line classic!
