A beautiful bird, a troubled title.
Your about leaves me to wonder......
I do not know enough about your country.
Sounds if you wouldn't want to be a bird there.

Nice photo.
It is a Western reef egret ( Egretta gularis ) or W. R. Heron that they are local in south of Iran and breedung in mangrove area and sand clife
