jaap,sorry for going overboard with my dark feelings on cages,im sure all zoos want happy looking animals.
The peeled and chipped cream painted walls revealing the green wall under it looks cool,and the two climbing trees framing the one door out gives the image lots of eye movment. thanks jo

It was not as bad as you say. The people at rotterdam zoo do their utmost to keep the animals happy,and make the places where they are held look very natural and as roomy as possible,further they do a lot about education and conservation of endangerd species and are taking part in several programs for reintroducing
animals in nature.

I CAN SMELL THE MONKEY CRAP IN THIS ONE,WHAT A SAD HOME IT MUST OF BEEN FOR A WILD ANIMAL? YOUR IMAGE GAVE ME A TASTE OF THE REALITY OF ANAMAL CAPTIVITY, THANK YOU JO. ps, if there was an animal in there it would'nt of had the same effect.
