Good question about the little figures...I don't know what happened to those - one was broken, anyhow, but it's difficult to image either being chucked out. All I do know is that they aren't where they were when the spirit house was in the original compound. A case for Sherlock Holmes, I guess...

Hi Len Thanks again for your comment. It brought my attention to your portfolio. I love travelling and I find many travel photos very interesting, even when they aren't always top quality shots. Interesting to know that this is an old spirit house. I've seen the links you mentioned and now I'm wondering why the statuette is missing in this new capture. Very nice and instructive photo.
