Great minimalist work.

Beautiful gradation in the sky.

I was wondering about the quality of the light and presumed that it would be quite dark - one of the great things about cameras, to see well where we cannot. As for communing I ought to have received the memo, but in the meantime I'll just keep on trying to wrap my brain cell around your images :-)

Oh dear oh dear! I was hoping for something about the colour.
:)
This is a few hours after the ferry stopped.
I commune with the psychotic for a living, always thought they understood, but perhaps in general they have given up trying to understand, and don't notice the gaps in my stories.
Thanks for tirelessly trying to comprehend! I'll tweak the about.

Thanks, nice and simple.
About the Jupiter9. I learn best by contrast so thrilled to have something coating free. I know it has a weakness with ghosting in drizzly conditions. Know of any strengths with these things? It's an 80mm f2

I can smell this air.
I can hear this bird.
I can see the hope, on the horizon.
This is magnificent, Ian! .Brad

I like this daringly simple composition. A bit more contrast may have boosted its impact even more.
