About Not a bad sight to greet you as you return home after a busy day in the city! I could live there, but wouldn't fancy the annual maintenance bill ~ leave alone the grass cutting!!

Best regards to all,

Chris

That's a long road, makes a great leading line. Magnificent grass and trees.

What is this place? It is lovely.
You do have a lot of beautiful sights in your countryside.

Nice work Chris,
Lori :)

If you had this place you would be able to have enough hired help so you could just take pictures of them working.... wonderful light Chris. Nice time of day. Don.

Yes, mowing the lawn on a Sunday afternoon, as my father sometimes did, would leave you pretty tired for the office on Monday... And if started raining as you left the front gate you'd get wet going back for your umbrella!

Great lighting on the mansion, Chris, in contrast with the shadows along the drive. Nice perspective and colours, too.

Wonderful Chris... Love the long gently rising perspective of this shot and the way you've cropped it so the drive starts in the two lower corners...
As always love the blus skies too! At this rate everyone will think it's always sunny in England - a one man PR dream for the British Tourist Board!!!

Great shot....

Alastair
