I love that lone, leafless tree reaching up. what a great point of interest in your superb composition. The colours, the mist, the terrific sky, the contrasts all go together to make this a real beauty.

Told Mike and Dad that you would probably drive up towards the Shennandoah Valley today as the leaves were starting to turn. I was right! Wonderful shot - how lucky you are to be so close to such fall beauty. The shot's composition is super, colors are wonderful. Envy is a sin! Love Mom

The shades of fall look great in the foreground of the photo. You have a beautiful way of capturing shades of green.
The clouds hovering above the hillside (mountains) and above look fantastic. Great perspective with the tree and it's bare branches.
