I like sunsets - yes - but i SELDOM make any shots of them, so many have done already and make much better then me. But i prefer sinrises to be honest. There?s some magic in the early mornings that also in a symbolic way brings wishes for the day - and more..... the mist and thelight you can get. Before my digital era i made some nature shots and from sunsets i have some really good, if i should say that my self, but they are taken with slides or colour negative. I used Velvia or Reala (negative) during that time, not to forget poalroid and B/W.... i start to long back - to co-operate parallell with the digital.
The photographer from Uppsala you mentioned i have never heard of.... :)

Wow Jeanette what colors on this sea!! Amazing picture. The texture is fantastic with the movement and the reflections of the sun on the surface. This is a mystical picture since the reflect in the foreground seems to be a hand, just under the surface of the water.

This picture of the sea is very romantic and dreamy, mysterious and allows the eye to indulge in the lush oily richness leaving one completely satisfied.
