Great capture, probably around 1/8 sec. I would consider reducing the black frame and lightening it to add impact and draw the viewer's eye INTO the picture. Pick a color to compliment the image (Light Indigo?) A good image with a pleasant feel to it. Images like this can often feel cold and forlorn - this one is inviting. Well done!
