About this shot was took in the Old Montreal during a rainy night, while I'm working. I just like the reflection on these pavement, who's made with the bricks of old Montreal's houses. I really like the tone of this pic. Hope you will enjoy.

Hello Jacques, I didn't know Montreal was paved with gold?! Wow, the color on the pavement is so beautiful, metallic and surreal! Fascinating pattern, hypnotizing! Exceptional image! 7/7 Best regards, Ina

j'aurais bien aimé, mais il aurait fallu que je le déménage de rue, et les flaques d'eau dans les pentes sont plutôt rares... :)

Ton commentaire est toujours aussi apprécié.

Most photos taken against the light are more dramatic and this golden one is excellent. Looks almost like Fort Knox!
Thank you, Jacques, for your very kind comments on my recent "Compositions."
Best regards,
Rafi
By the way, if I may ask, what is the work you do by night?

So you found the yellow brick road. Looks like gold. Did it lead to the land of OZ? Wonderful golden tones and great lighting for this iamge. I like the textures in the bricks. A pleasing simplistic image. Very nice.

Cheers - Ann :)

Nice one Jacques! You applied the 'golden' rule (pardon the pun), i.e. expose for the highlights in color! This works well. Again, well done!
