Superb macro, the panoramic crop is very good ! I like the shallow DOF against the sharp detail. To clone that little stick @the bottom out or not is a matter of philosophy (I know, it was there. But I would get rid of that stick)

Excellent composition, Mark, I love how they're filling the horizontal frame. The detail is fantastic, these are such interesting plants! But I also like the little stick that you left in, it adds balance to the composition, filling in the larger negative space. Beautiful DOF, too! I've never encountered these aliens, only on UF :)
