I had the same thoughts as Chris about the foreground, like your cropped version most. The branches are not distracting, very beautiful scenery then.

Wonderful reflections, Gyuri. Actually I like your second version, without the foreground, and with the little branches at the top center removed as well (an easy cloning). I think by removing the foreground, the viewer is put in a position to view the landscape from a virtual poit in the air, thus losing ground, and contact with reality - increasing the dreaminess and mystical qualities of this goregeous landscape! Best regards, Ina

Egy másik csodás Ausztriai képeslap! Perfekt tükrözödés és nagyon hangulatos atmoszféra! Csend honol a tájon csak a szél zúgását hallom. Ismét nagyot alkottál Gyuri, nekem nagyon tetszik! Gratulálok és ismét egy 7-es!
Szia! Robi

Super reflection - and nicely framed by the tree branches.

Hi Chris, thanks for your kind and detailed comment. I actually had a version without the foreground, but in the last minute I decided on the one with foreground. I see advantages of both pics. What do you think? CHeers, György

Hello György, this is a nice sublte landscape. The mist flowing through the hills is very nice.
I think the elements of water, hills, mist and sky would be the strongest elements in this scene.
To me, the tree and the elements in the foreground are a distraction to the incredible nature scene behind them.
Perhaps having set up right in front of the water and composed with the water taking up 2/3rds and the hills and sky 1/3rd would help to create a wide open feeling, and remove the distracting elements from the foreground.
Regards, Chris
