What a beautiful minimalistic photograph, Ekkehard!! The light is superb as well as the tones. I like the choice of this palette, and not the classic B/W tones. I think it fits perfectly for this landscape. Another thing that I really like is the slihgt vignetting in the edges. Did you do it in PS?
