Happy New Year, Roger. I hope you are well. It's been quite a time since I have had time for UF. Getting really caught up is next to impossible. This is a very pretty flower. The top red part looks like a child's bonnet. Unique shape. Great shot. MAry

Such a pretty flower and so small, I have one and took loads of shots but found it very difficult. Certainly the bright red and yellow contrast is a challenge. I think this may also look good cropped a little at the sides to concentrate the eye on the lovely curve of the stem and flower Margaret

Vanessa, you're asking the wrong person about flower names. I didn't even know chysanthemums were called "mums" until recently... I may not know what to call them but I know what I like!

The tele gives a nice blur, the reason I like to make macros with a small tele. Very nice.
