I like this shot Nuno. I like the B/W tones, the composition and the nose of the car on the low left side of the frame, wich enhance, in my opinion, the feeling of a "casual shot".
I'd wish that the blind man would be doing something else than just walking by, something unusual, something particular that turns this moment into something very special and unique (like Bresson, Ronis, Capa...)
Other than that, I love street photos. Well done Nuno!
