I would like to thank each of you for commenting my photograph.
Of course the noise(grain) is part of the BW film realities and most of the times it adds to its magic in my opinion.
As far as Gary's concern over the distracting white paper , i believe he is right. Usually i do not crop my photos after the shoot( apart from some slight edge trimming) .In any case this photo is already cropped ( as a couple of other portraits i have uploaded lately) to improve the impact. But Gary i followed your advice and i have cropped again this portrait and the result is quite interesting. I will upload it tomorrow.

Chris ,thanks for the critique.I have tried to "opened" her eyes using the PS but the result looked very artificial.I have photographed only few animals( few cows and a couple of camels) in my lifetime and it seems that i always have the same problem with the eye area especialaly when the surrounding skin is very dark as in this case. And according to Murphy's Laws the skin around the eye is always black when the photographer aims for her eye glance. Finally i would like to say that a fill-in flash is out of the question in such cases.

The expression and composition are great and the lighting is very good although i would have preferred the pupil of the eyes to be of normal size.
