Many thanks for the great feedback, I have to say the lens produces perfect star flares which helped! As for the trail lights, I actually chose to have the car passing through to help exaggerate the red tones in the image. Thanks again!

Hi Serge - Thanks for your comment... I agree that it could be deeper... I wanted more in the foreground in hindsight. Trouble was the way I shot it. This is a stitch of 5 shots and with the natural curve of me turning I had missed the grass verge in front of me!

Many thanks Sheldon for your comment... I have to say this was a nightmare shot as trying to get the smoke to come out of the barrel was a nightmare... I burned candles, wicks, sticks, toothpicks etc etc etc... This was all shot using a head torch as the light source in the end too! Still I have to say I was happy enough in the end!

Hope you don't mind me saying but I much prefer this pic in black and white than the colour version. Much more contrast and almost a more rustic, wild feel to the capture. Nice!

What a great comp! I love this photo, the subject, the lighting, the mood... All really good... I love his expression. It kinda feels like he was almost reluctant. Really nice - great detail
