No Chris at the present I don't have my work in any galleries, although that may change later this year. I do sell prints though from my website: www.michaelbusselle-fineartprints.com

Capitol Reef is a National Park in the north of Utah established to protect the Waterpocket Fold, a 100-mile long wrinkle in the earth's crust known as a monocline, which extends from nearby Thousand Lakes Mountain to the Colorado River (now Lake Powell). The town of Torrey lies on its western edge. I used both a polariser and a neutral grad for the shot. Regards - Mike

These are pottery horses left beside a holy shrine in an Indian village as thanksgiving for the birth of a child. At this particular shrine there are more than 5000 horses. - Mike

The sky was added from another image Gerhard. The original was dark and moody but rather featureless and I thought this made it more dramatic. Regards - Mike

Yes Thomas I did replace the sky using PS, the original was very dark but plain and I thought it would look better with some tonal variation. Regards - Mike

I used PS to increase the contrast of the original transparency and to enhance the grain. I also added a more dramatic sky from another shot. - Mike

Thanks Tim for your kind comments. I shot this before I had the digital camera but even now I'm still using film for some things, it has the edge in some situations compared to the 6 M camera I'm using but I think the time may come soon when I might consider switching completely. Mike

The blue effect is a natural result of shooting in deep shade under a blue sky and not correcting it with the use of a warm-up filter.

I used Appleworks to draw the shapes and filled each of the inner borders with a slightly different shade of blue/grey to create the impression of bevels. Regards - Mike

This has a very strong impact due to the limited colour palette and the bold graphic shapes. I think this is one of the most striking images in the portfolio. Best regards - MIkeB
