About I took this the same time I took the previous picture, but this one was with my SLR and of the ice covering the rocks in the fountain. This picture kind of reminds me of a smaller frozen version of those long exposure shots of the ocean and waves breaking on rocks or mountain streams with the water running over them, either that or it looks like frosting, either way it's cool! Sorry for the scan quality, the real pic is crystal clear in focus and much better.
