Most of all I like the warm feeling of family this photo has, the grand daughter scampering ahead causing Grandma to stride out to keep up. The stories some photos tell are more important than the technical aspects. I like this. Del.

Nice moment, Dave! I like the swing of the arms and suggestion of animated stroll. I find the contrast a little harsh 'though! Eb

Nice perspective and exposure, just a great summer scene, typical of country roads and people having fun. Not much to critique on this one, its about as good as you could do.(Geeze Dave, I didn't think you were that old LOL).

ahhhhhh.....well I can feel the clear air from your shot, the trees around and I bet the present of a river at the right side of the road, makes a lovely place, good one! hmmmm.... I prefere a shot with these ladies watching the camera, yea, the lighting is not the best for that but you could support them using the flash. Anyway that is a taste only, also about the clarity, yes, it could be better BUT I know that you cannot have smaller aperture than the f/8 you already use here.....so the image is very good. Be well!

I like the setting but I think I would like this more if we were looking at them from the front instead of from behind. This looks like it was shot during mid-day as the lighting is a bit harsh and the top of Elaine's head appears a tad over-exposed while her clothing is underesposed leaving no detail. I would recommend trying a similar shot near sunset.
