For this very image I used ACDSee Pro 2 and its edit panel of Color ... used saturation there - desaturated whole image to b/w and red stayed there ... adjusted light and enchanted the red in color's RGB ... sorry for my poor terms, hope this will help you.

I see that you have changed the tones to a better one than the previous..
When I see your pictures, i look not so much on the quality of the photo but more on the essence. You cropped the face out of the picture to focus more on the rose and the gesture of the body. The hands are handling it very delicately and looks like with much appreciations. the body is very relaxed and seems to be enjoying the gift of love. I guess there is a smile in her face.. : )
