another point here: what do you like about this particlaur frame ? the reason I ask is, I like this (and use, as you know) this style a LOT, because it gives me a feel of cinemascope (I am a movie buff !!) .. but the point here is, this frame doesn't work if it's so narrow. it needs to be wider.... THEN it has the desired impact.
I have made an edit and attached it. let me know what you think.

The low available light was used well creating those long shadows. It looks so peaceful. I really like it, it makes me feel good.

For me the real story is that she is waiting on her friend or husband doing his job at sea. Even if that is not the case and your model was just posing it is the realistic and strong suggestion. Further the composition of the fence in balanced back light with all the shadows is brilliant.
