Very nice-- this doesn't look like a digital print, since it's got a bit of graininess to it. I like the negative effect and agree with John Reed's suggestion about the dark area in the bottom left.

You know, it's not a bad start. I'd say what I don't like about it is the clutter underneath the "main mushroom" is distracting, taking away from focusing on the big guy. Maybe a little tighter crop from the left would've helped it too. Nice effort!
