look you guys, kaj etc, if i had of cropped the photo where you suggest i would have cut out that big yellow circle which is also called the sun and part of my shot, the top of the telegraph pole i thought gave it that sense of realism.

Certainly a beautiful sky Mike. Great colours and lightning too. Yes I think you should crop the overexposured spot out, like Kaj suggested. I agree with you, through the eye of the camera your view at the world around you changes more and more. So go on clicking and enjoy all the beauty around you! My best regards, Diana.

Dramatic clouds. Also agree with Kaj. The cropped image is even more dramatic. well done.

a tea break with such a wonderful sky? you're lucky! did you get back to work afterwards? :) i find the pole a little disturbing, i personally would have tried to clone it out, but that's just my opinion. it's still a great image!!

Wow! I'm on my "coffee" break viewing your "tea" break shot ;-) That an awesome catch! Really one of the most unusual cloud patterns I've seen. You have a good eye. Keep it up and have fun!
