Thank you for all the comments! James, I too spent summer childhood weekends on the Grand Strand and my family and I love to visit at least once a summer. Harder now that we're 1000 + miles away. Elizabeth,
I grew up spending summer weekends and later, spring breaks at Myrtle Beach. Now, in my 40's I take my wife and child there as much as possible. Today, I'm sitting in a tent in east Africa where I've been for the past 8 months. Thanks for taking me home for a few minutes! To me, this is what photography is all about. Giving the viewer a chance to "experience" something...a memory, an emotion...you've done a great job of both, in this case.
Beautiful sunset with a ton of memories to go with it!
