A great piece of work here, Giuseppe!!! the lace I see on the rose petals is quite exceptional! one can never get such a view on a rose petal!The back lighting is working wonders! And the little flower showed you her best yet before expiring...her cheek is still pink!I like it!!!

Very fragile in its appearance - it almost tells a story of "innocent naivity", which is indeed very photogenic but still also very common.
The unusual thing is the strange texture on the petals consisting of water drops and that white color of the petals themselfs, that convey an almost "old and rotten" impression, though the drops do look so young and fresh.
The contrast between the darkest background and the light on the petals adds much power, which gets only a tiny bit smaller at the bottom right, where the plant can't decide if it belongs to the fore- or to the background.
