Hi MAry,
Yep...'Cape Foulweather' always has the worst of the weather ... but it is a strange name ! You could be right about it being smaller fish and bigger fish ... I just wish I could've seen it better/closer.. Thank You for taking the time to comment ! Michele~

Such an interesting name. The water does look strange. I can't make out what it is. I know sometimes if there are a lot of little fish near the surface, larger fish will come after tyhem and cause a disturbance. It is not not common that I am aware of, but I have seen it once. Not saying that is what this is, but just another suggestion. Neat though. MAry

Hello Annemette ,
I guess it could be dolphins, this makes sense too ... and then the birds always in on any action involving food ! Good ideas... to this water mystery..
Take Care, Michele~

Dear Michele This could be dolphins feeding from a large group of fish migrating although there might also have been birds too as they discover this fast. I immediately thought about a whale when seing the image before reading your words. Best wishes, Annemette

Love to see the colour and the liveliness of the sea- whatever is causing it! Wonderful to have captured this possible whale.

Hello Paul,
I think it could be shark too but not so sure about sharks and COLD water (?) It could be orca's and seals ...the orcas are brutal and thrash about a LOT !! Being this town I was near which is Depot Bay boasts of being the 'Whale Watching Capital' of the world so I think whale ....anyway , thank you !!!
