About	No PS work. No post-processing work. No digital manipulations of any kind. Camera motion only--pure luxagraphia. This photograph (4502) was shot on 30 January 2007. Light sources are blue neon-style tubes and incandescent lights, as I recall. I'll be doing a presentation of my luxagraphic work over at the Henry Art Gallery (UW--Seattle) on 29 May (Tuesday) at 6pm. There will be a 15 minute lecture and a question and answer period. Avi - Welcome back. Hope all is well. Thanks for taking a look at this one. I have been very busy shooting and so forth. I even did a slide presentation at the Henry Art Gallery on Tuesday of this week. It was wonderful to see my luxagraphic work very large (15 feet tall).

the combination of the orange lines and the blue parts and also the composition are both fascinating...in other words amazing..thank you for sharing James....all the best, mahassa

Hi, this one appeals to my sense of order. The various yellow/orange lines create a series of rectangles on a diagonal line from left to right. There are also two complimentary triangles on the upper right formed by the strong intersection of three lines. I also like the color composition with the yellow/orange lines seeming to be arranged over the tranquil but not inactive blues. The whole image gains great depth from the black background.

I do enjoy all of your compositions. But, this one has these special elements.
