Firstly I would like to thank you Absynthius for visiting ;)
Regarding your remark...you are absolutely right and I'm really thankful you noticed it. In my vision the tree is necessary here, but you are right it should be more in the middle , not to come border-edged. I will try to applie your advice next time taking that kind of pic.

the atmosphere strikes with beautiful highlights peeping through the leaves and lightening these beautiful colours- suplemented with a lovely scenery, a real view, of the garden of the cafe of a fall day.
the detail are good and so i assume you used a proper aperture- i am only not too sure about the perspective- the tree body is somewhat 'missplaced'/ it occupies space and gives not much under the shadow; or, if you decide to have it there, then perhaps give it a bit of more space- so that the image does not come border edged~ thus, i suppose, having moved a bit more onto the right you might have had a stronger composition where elements would fit to some sort of geomentry that would present it all in a more 'complete' way (if there's such a thing)!!
nonetheless, i like how you have captured the atmosphere of the day- so calm and yet many little details throughout~ no better exposure there might be!! :)
