Great sky but it appears you've applied the equivalent of an ND grad in PS after the shot was taken. This gives the sky great colour but doesn't fix the under exposure of the dark background and foreground trees which has led the foreground tree to blend with the background. It might come out better with a little fiddling with the shadow/highlights slider in PS.
