George, Thanks for the constructive comments. I was not neccessarily going to post this image because i knew it was borderline. Yes the saturation levels were spruced up a little bit in PS but thats pretty much it.

You know what though, I thought the people in the image were just fine though. I thought they added scale as you mentioned.

As for the horizon, I try the best i can with a $15 tripod with a so-so leveler( and I mean so-so). Anyway thanks for the comments....

A dazzling place and a perfect moment!

I agree with Giuliano about the title; that is an unnecessary distraction. But I think the horizon line is just right. It adds even a greater vitality to the composition. The other pictures in your collection indicate that you are perfectly capable of rendering a flat horizon when you want to. Many of the great photographers tilt the horizon and skew verticals on occasion. So why not? And people in the scene add a sense of scale that--to my eye--is quite effective. And they are easily cloned away if you don't want them.

Giuliano's comment is terrific. He took the time and interest to make valid observations, and that makes us all question what we are doing and try to see it better. Bravo!

Hello,
the idea is good but (I hope to not be too severe ;-)):

- the horizont line have to be correct (to be straighten

- I agree with the title but don't put it on the picture in that way, use a frame and insert your name and you title there.

- I've never seen this place there's something unnatural in the tones and saturation of the different areas (sky, clouds, earth, etc.)

- Next time ask to the tourist (the two on the left) go disapper for a while :-)

Bye

Giuliano Guarnieri
