Just different enough to stand out from the usual baby portrait. Now, there's a baby with intense focus already. Congratulations.

I love this shot - and am laughing at the thought of your son's future girlfriend getting to enjoy it too! By that time you will be able to share an entire album of photos that document every moment.

Nice work with the camera and the post processing - perfect for this image.

Hi Kim,

Was wondering where u have been...it is all clear now. Those little guys take up huge amounts of time. But i see you are making good use of your camera never the less. This is a unique composition that comes off well. The light tonal changes and slight color saturation really add to the sensitivity. I am sure the girl friend will want one just like this ...lol

Hi Kim, so glad to see you are still shooting. This is very nice. I especially like the red bouy light and its reflection in that dark, lonely area. Foreground texture is cool too.

Congrats on having your beautiful son!! I was just thinking of you recently, and wondered what was happening in your life.

It looks like Ian's life will be fully documented in pictures. This pumpkin shot is well done. I especially love the sense of humor you used to compose this pic!

Again, many many congratulations to the happy addition to your family. And keep on posting!

Hello, Kim. Welcome back, we have missed you.

He looks like a handsome boy, though you may not yet realize all that rests behind those penetrating blue eyes.

I like the way you found a blue shirt to bring out the blue in his eyes. I like the nondescript background, though it might have been blurred a little more.

By the way, I was really impressed with your dog pics on your website. You've developed real skill with your camera, professional level work now.

Great photo... very much like a postcard. The sky is perfect, and the position of the lighthouse is well done.

A really nice winter scene...

I wondered why you hadn't posted in a while, Kim. Then I found some frankly outstanding images I had never seen on your website. Sure like those Golden shots. Hello from Alberta to you and your family.

I really like this shot! (sorry I just saw it now, realize that you posted it a few weeks ago)

The puppy does look a little forlorn, but the cheery pumpkin colors balance the mood nicely. You really captured the puppy's soft fur without letting the focus go soft. It looks velvety, almost makes me want to touch the screen.

To answser the question in your about, the color looks fine to me. The pumpkins are a little reddish orange, but perfectly acceptable.

Looks fine to me, Kim. I often wonder what images look like on other moniters, as my moniter is not calibrated accurately. This one looks spot on.

Awwww! Colors look good to me. Maybe a little lost detail in the nose but it pretty much *is* black, isn't it! :-) I'm glad we are not the only ones with pumkins left (two on my front porch right now). Merry Christmas to you!

The color looks fine Kim,, but the puppy looks a little sad, maybe looking for a Christmas home. Nicely taken with the pumpkins behind. Alison
