Hey there,
technicaly a ( almost)perfect shot, but a bit over the top perhaps....that couple looks really airbrushed. Lighting, compo are top nevertheless. Stupid question perhaps...what does M-85 mean?

Doesn't look very stormy here, was having a quick look at UF and then I'm off with my daughter to a local rommelmarkt, perhaps some photo-opportunities there.
And no never crossed the border to see the famous huge flowerbeds, een gat in mijn cultuur waarschijnlijk :)

I first found it a very humoristic shot and then I read your intro....yes I can see the metafore too. So this is a humoristic and serious shot altogether.
Photographicly speaking the tonal range and contrast are very good!
