Great job, I think you picked the best framing and timing. The eyes of this man are like stories of there own. Good work!

Yes I was trying to keep the picture in a state of softness like in a fairy tale land. The use of fill light would have whitened the light to much(unless it was reflected off a gold reflector) and taken away the depth that I wanted to have. Thanks Kim for the review!

Great shot!!!!!!! I would have used Velvia and maybe tried a few shots from a lower angle to get a longer reflection off the water. Love it!

Great shot! This is very common with darker images being scanned. If you have PS go to Image - then go to Adjust - then go to Threshold, this will tell you the darkest and lightest part of your photo. You can remember these areas to adjust the overall tones of the shot. And make sure that your monitor is correctly adjusted. Hope I helped.
Now if my monitor was working correctly maybe I could do the same. (I see a new monitor in the future) If you need more info just write.

I also agree that the shot should in closer with out the tree in front and without the fence to the rear. The shot is very good, it just needes to be fixed abit.

Great shot, very pretty model with a great looking outfit, her expression is nice and "sultry". I am no expert but, the only thing that I would change is the pillow or fabric is blocking her lower right arm and making my eye look in that direction. Other than that you have a very good photo

Thanks Kim! Yes it was very hard to get them to stay in the right positions, even harder to get them to look in different directions. All together this shot took almost half an hour. Thanks again for the kind words.

Forgot one thing, this shot was taken just before the sun set, this is what gave the soft golden effect to the picture.
Thanks Scott Kennedy

It does not get any better, you did a grand job! Looking forward to viewing more of your work. Perfect exposure, love the blue tone - it adds to the over all peace and hormany of the shot.
