This is really beautiful - the kind of picture that makes me wish I had the opportunity to view this at this time for myself. I am wondering if there would be more effective possibilities for composition here.

Interesting rainbow in many ways - touching at both ends as noted, but also quite low. I like the contrast you chose here - strong but not overpowering. Looks like you punched up the saturation to show the rainbow but maybe a notch too far IMHO. Maybe not given the film you were using... Great shot anyways. Good choice of format to present it as well!

Matej, Here we see less of golf cousre and lot (2/3rd of right side) of the pictur is lake. Will post another picture that was taken from the right side of the lake.
That morning was showing no sign of fog until I was driving to the park. Even the sun was coming out... it was this spring around march or april this year. Yes, the golphers showed up that early. Maybe, they were disappointed after seing the fog.
Well... I enjoyed, though. :-)

This is the first time I've seen a golf course portrayed in blue. Quite a suprise, and a welcome change. I think I can see a figure on the course (left of the trees) - was someone already playing so early? I like how the water and the sky blend.

It sure is a nice view. I like the framing with the rocks at the botttom, but at the same time I wonder if not including them would have led to a different sense of scale, making the lake appear even larger.
About those shadow details - maybe you could try rescanning the slide? Or, you could adjust Curves to bring out the detail, just to the extent that can be seen in the slide. I've tried playing with the image, some detail is already there, it just needs to be helped along.
A small distance below the top right corner there seems to be something dark intruding into the frame. Not a big deal if it were in one of the shadow areas but here it kind of distracts from the view of the sky and clouds once you notice it.
