Wow Marek.
Am very impressed with all of your work, but this is one of my favs. I only wish that one day I will be able to emulate photographs of such vibrant colour, mood and most of all, beauty.

Hi there Christopher.
Love what you've done with the sky. Very dramatic, emphasizing the Industrial (and sadly) abandoned building. It takes me back to my fleeting drives through Lithgow, very industrial and (very) cold. Bit like Southern England

I love the composition of this - straight horizon line or no straight horizon line. Some rules are made to be broken. From one photographer to another, some of the best pics on this site defy rules. Go with it, enjoy taking photographs and don't get caught up in the "how tos" - it may cramp your style and that would be sad. I know your teacher means well, but tell her to chill, from what I hear, she doesn't do any of the 'teaching' anyway!!! Love your work...!

They [the diggers] are a proud bunch... and justifiably so...! I really enjoy watching them march out... They are a credit to us all...! I don't look forward to the day when they will fade off into history, I'm thankful that I had a chance to see them in person!!!

Hi Stjepan! I completely love this photo, I love the mood, colours, everything, but what I love most of all is your willingness to share with us all how this wonderful landscape was shot! I am passionate about photography but also a little overwhelmed at times, as I am only fairly new to it.
I lived with a Croatian family for about 6 years and the father used to share stories of how beautiful his island of Kali (hope I spelt that right) is... now am beginning to wonder why anyone would want to live anywhere else!!!
