James, I took a photo of a weight and then blurred it with radial blur in Elements 3. I'm attaching a photo of that version. Then just for fun I blurred it some more, and the whirling tunnel I posted here resulted--one of the rare times I've used Photoshop filters! Thanks for looking.

Fabulous building, great shot - just enough sky in the top right. Makes me want to photograph it too. Bit difficult from Australia, I'd need a very long lens! Well done.
