Very nice photo with great lightning, good sharpness mixed with softness, nice smile and good focus in the eyes... although they could be even a little bit sharper. And perhaps a tiny bit of cropping on left side could be good.

Extremely good lighting here. Classical composition for a three/quarters look portrait, though her left arm looks a little too much cut for my taste. Techincally excellent; I just do not like the leopard neck, that hides the model's neck, but it is just a matter of personal taste. "Softfocus" is a Photoshop plug-in?
